Chairman of Judges
Tom Rzepnicki
Tom Rzepnicki is a national trainer of dancers, teachers, and a top choreographer and coach of all styles of dancing. He regularly adjudicates, emcees and is a Chairperson for many competitions throughout the country. Tom also is involved with music production, he is a licensed broadcaster, and is a trainer for the USISTD for preparing instructors for their credential exams.
Tamsyn Devilliers is an accomplished dancer as well as a choreographer, producer and adjudicator. She has competed for many years in ballroom and international Latin competitions worldwide. She has won a number of dance titles including the South African Latin Champion, Bournemouth Masters Latin Champion, and is a 3-time Triple Crown American Smooth Champion. Tamsyn has choreographed a variety and dance shows in many countries around the world including South Africa, the Middle East and here in the United States, including our Motown Showcase! Ms. Devilliers is currently adjudicating on the Ballroom and Latin dance competition circuit.

Susie Thompson has many titles under her belt. She has won many championships in Rhythm and Showdance at various competitions throughout the North American continent including undefeated 5 time United States Rhythm Champion and also Rising Star Latin Champion. She, along with partner Forrest Vance, were the 1st American style couple to be invited to lecture and perform in Europe. Susie’s philosophy and belief is that first and foremost, you must dance for yourself; second for your partner; third for your audience and fourth....forget the judges and have fun!

Catherine Noblitt has been dancing and performing for over 40 years. For over two decades, she has been a professional teacher/coach, performer, choreographer, competitor, and adjudicator. She has successfully competed in both American and International styles of Ballroom and Latin dancing throughout the United States with various professional and amateur partners. She has trained extensively with many world class coaches in the United States, Cuba, and Europe. In recent years, Catherine has enjoyed being the choreographer, coach and producer for shows with her performance team. Her performance experience includes acting on stage, film and TV.

Kem Overby
Kem Overby, a certified Grand Master, began his career in 1975 as an assistant in a college disco class. Over the next 4 decades, he was able to train with with some of the top Arthur Murray, Fred Astaire, and Independent coaches in the world. He began judging students in 1980 and judging teachers in 1981. Specializing in Pro/Am competitions mainly, Kem's teams have won hundreds of Top Student, Top Teacher, and Top Studio Awards. On the Pro/Pro circuit, He was a Rising Star Finalist and an Open Championship finalist. In 2019, Kem also began competing Pro/Am and Pro/Pro on a National Country Western Circuit.
Currently Kem is certified to judge Championship Levels in American Smooth and Rhythm. As well as Championship Levels in International Standard and Latin. He is also a registered Examiner for DanceVision.

Sam Gordon is a professional dancer, director, choreographer, producer and studio owner with nearly thirty years’ experience in the ballroom dance industry. Graduating with a B.S. degree in robotics, Sam’ career took a very different turn in 1991 when he began teaching dance as a job in between positions. Now, he is a three-time, Triple Crown, American Ballroom Champion. Sam is nationally renowned as both a certified ballroom dance competition judge and a licensed scrutineer/registrar. He has produced, designed, choreographed multiple ballroom dance performances in studio and on stages throughout the country.
